Dr David Davies

David graduated with first class honours from Murdoch University in 1992 and started his career I general veterinary practice in Adelaide and then the UK. After several years in practice, David returned to Murdoch University where he undertook specialist training in small animal medicine. During his residency, he also spent time at Massey University, New Zealand and the Royal Veterinary College, London. David established the internal medicine referral service at AVSARC in November 2002 and has been South Australia’s only registered specialist in Canine Medicine since 2004. David has authored publications in both international and national peer-reviewed veterinary journals, is active in the provision of continuing veterinary education to colleagues and as an examiner for the next generation of specialists.
