#023 - Over the past 20 years, Dr Louisa has had quite the colourful career, yet even before graduating, she had developed an inherent interest in the welfare of veterinary professionals. Some might say she was actually way ahead of her time, making sure her first job as a veterinarian was one that was well supported, fostered a positive workplace culture and was going to set her up for success within our industry. And that, it certainly did!Dr Louisa's career to date makes for a brilliant story, but perhaps what is even more intriguing is where she is headed next. With a clear passion (or should we say, obsession) for health and safety, Louisa recently founded SAFERVETS, as a means to provide veterinary industry-specific safety policies, training and advice to all veterinary professionals.
